It’s true that we tend to repeat behavior sometimes without really thinking about it. It’s worked in the past so we don’t give it much thought. We go through our day doing what has worked for us before.
But what do we do when our habitual behavior isn’t getting the results we want?
Not everyone is aware that the creative process has two parts. Ideas are great...a lot of us have active imaginations and ideas come easily. Less obvious is the importance of being object about your efforts.
I describe the creative process as being engaged in the subjective, participatory phase and an equally important objective, observer phase.
