Chris Boardman is a globally respected composer, conductor, producer and educator. Beginning his career in the entertainment industry in 1974, Mr. Boardman continues to work with iconic performers, producers, directors across genres. He has received an Academy Award nomination for “The Color Purple”, 6 Emmy Awards, 13 Emmy nominations, ASCAP and BMI film awards, and multiple platinum records. His peers and associates reads like a who’s who of the American entertainment industry that includes Quincy Jones, Steven Spielberg, Michael Kamen, James Newton Howard, Julie Andrews, Barbara Streisand, David Foster, Andreas Bocelli, Josh Groban to name a few. In addition to his work as an in demand artist, Mr. Boardman has served as “Professor of Practice” and director of the Media Writing and Production program at the acclaimed Frost School of Music at The University of Miami in Miami, Florida.
